Bæredygtig forretningsførelse

Indutrade, som er Diatom A/S' moderselskab, er en decentral industrikoncern, der består af otte forretningsområder og mere end 200 datterselskaber i mere end 30 lande. Derfor er det vigtigt med et fælles sæt værdier og principper, der skal sikre, at alle datterselskaber driver forretning på en etisk og ansvarlig måde.

Indutrade-koncernens Code of Conduct bygger på FN's Global Compact's 10 principper for virksomheders bæredygtighed og OECD’s retningslinjer for multinationale virksomheder.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

Vores Supplier Code of Conduct er et sæt omfattende retningslinjer for vores leverandører og samarbejdspartnere. Kodekset kræver, at vores leverandører opretholder en bæredygtig og etisk tilgang til deres produktion. Det betyder, at de skal overholde vores standarder for menneskerettigheder, arbejdstagerrettigheder, miljøbeskyttelse og anti-korruption i deres drift.

WHISTLEBLOWER-FUNKTION

Vores Whistleblower-function gør det muligt for vores medarbejdere, leverandører, partnere og underleverandører at rapportere eventuelle afvigelser fra vores Code of Conduct.

 

Sustainable business practices

Indutrade, which is Diatom A/S' parent company, is a decentralized industrial group consisting of eight business areas and more than 200 subsidiaries in more than 30 countries. It is therefore important to have a common set of values and principles to ensure that all subsidiaries conduct business in an ethical and responsible manner.

COMPANY CODE OF CONDUCT

Our Company Code of Conduct has its starting point in the basic values of the Global Compact’s 10 principles for corporate sustainability and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

It lays out guidelines for our daily conduct regarding care for the environment, health and safety, business ethics including anticorruption, employee relations, human rights and community impacts.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

Our Supplier Code of Conduct was implemented in 2019 and obligates suppliers and partners to act responsibly when it comes to the environment, working conditions, human rights and ethical entrepreneurship.

WHISTLEBLOWER FUNCTION

Employees who notice any deviations from the Code of Conduct or suspect improprieties can report such via an external whistleblowerfunction. The whistleblower function is also open to suppliers,
partners and subcontractors.
